Equipped with an MBA, 20 years of business experience, and accreditations in sports management and law, Shafiq is focused on the growth of GSM and supporting clients throughout their journeys.

Frank Banham
Frank has been a player agent since his playing days in Europe where he broke into the industry while assisting his teammates. After a successful junior career, where he still holds WHL scoring records, Frank played for the Anaheim Mighty Ducks and Phoenix Coyotes, before playing another 16 years overseas. Frank has also represented Canada and his native Hungary in international play. He is focused on player development, recruitment, and partnerships.

Kent has been involved in hockey in multiple capacities as an investor, operator, and scout. He brings a wealth of business acumen and a strong localized network to GSM. Kent represents the next generation of emerging talent in the United States and Canada, with a focus on developing minor hockey players into successful players and people.

Noah Walman
Noah has been involved in hockey his entire life and has seen first-hand what it takes to become a pro. With a degree in Psychology, Noah understands the importance of the relationship with players, coaches, team management, and families. Noah also coaches in the GTHL and is particularly interested in GSM’s partnerships, player recruitment, and scouting for professional players.
Through his experience Noah has learned the best agents must have a player first mentality, which has been integral in him earning the trust of GSM’s clients.

Andrew Masters
Born and raised in Ontario, Andrew has extensive experience in the game at many levels. Most recently, Andrew played professional hockey in Sweden after winning the OUA championship for his alma mater at University of Guelph in 2020. Andrew has also played in the NCAA, OJHL, and various junior leagues, and as a goaltender, provides a different perspective for GSM’s clients.
Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and has extensive experience working with high-performance athletes.

Liam Hadcock
Liam began playing hockey at the age of seven, slowly working his way up to the AAA and Varsity level. After a career-ending injury, Liam transformed his love for hockey into a love for hockey management. Liam has coached and managed elite hockey talent throughout York Region, under the guidance of former NHL players. Liam has received an Andrean Diploma with honours from St. Andrews College in Aurora, and is currently completing a Political Science degree at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Patrick Piacentini
Patrick played in the OJHL for 3 years before earning a four-year scholarship to Mercyhurst University where he graduated with a BA (Honours) in Business, with a concentration in Finance. Soon thereafter, Patrick played professionally in France with the Briancon Diables Rouges, where he helped the team win a Division 1 championship.
Patrick is focused on player recruitment at all levels and is a strong advocate for training both on and off the ice.
