Minor hockey players
Early decisions about teams, training and exposure can shape what follows. We give families plain-spoken advice on balancing development with school, so opportunities arrive at the right time.
For players and families
Whether you are a junior player, heading to college, or already playing pro, we will help you and your family make confident decisions.
Who we help
Early decisions about teams, training and exposure can shape what follows. We give families plain-spoken advice on balancing development with school, so opportunities arrive at the right time.
Moving up a level means weighing leagues, schools and timing. We sit down with players and parents, compare the routes, explain the trade-offs and agree on what deserves attention first.
Eligibility rules, recruiting timelines and deadlines all matter, and a missed step can be costly. We walk you through it step by step, so you always know what comes next.
From your next contract to the business side of your career and life after hockey, we handle the details so you can stay focused on playing.

What we help with
How to get started
Fill in the profile form with the player's details and what you are hoping for. Someone from our team will be in touch to set up a first conversation. There is no pressure and no commitment.
Questions families ask
An agent looks after a player's interests in the business side of hockey. That includes negotiating contracts, helping the player and family weigh career decisions, and opening doors with teams and programs. At GSM it also covers life around the game: building a personal brand, financial education, and planning for life after hockey.
Earlier than most families expect. You do not need an offer in hand. If you are weighing the next level, thinking about the college route, approaching a contract, or simply have questions, a conversation costs nothing and can help you avoid surprises later.
We explain the eligibility requirements and the recruiting process in plain language, help families understand the timelines, and talk through the options so the right decisions get made at the right time. The choice always belongs to the player and family. Rules can change, so we also point families to the official NCAA sources.
The player's name and your contact details, city, year of birth, current team or level, position, and a link to stats or video if you have one. Then tell us what you are hoping for and any questions on your mind. It does not need to be perfect. We will fill in the gaps on our first call.
Either can. A player can submit their own profile, and a parent or guardian can submit it for them. Parents are welcome on every call.
Fees depend on the player's situation and are discussed openly in the first conversation. Submitting a profile does not commit you to anything.
A member of our advisory team will get in touch after you submit a profile. We will discuss your goals and connect you with one of our agents, depending on your needs, location and other factors.
No. We are headquartered in Toronto but have player agents around the world. Our greatest coverage is in North America.
