Michael brings a wealth of coaching and scouting experience to Gryphon Sports Management. He spent seven seasons coaching at the collegiate level and was most recently a scout in the USHL.
Best known as a creative problem solver, Michael helps athletes discover tailored opportunities while also improving as players and people. He has a vivid eye for detail on the player evaluation front and strives to help players see their game not only from the player’s perspective, but also from the perspective of a coach and a scout. Having seen every side of the business, he can provide a unique perspective to both athletes and the clubs who aspire to partner with them.
