Recently, Gryphon Sports Management announced the addition of FLX Hockey Group to its list of contributing partners. FLX Hockey Group is a contemporarily focused hockey training program from the Greater Toronto Area with unique and quality contributions to the training landscape.

Led by Co-Founder Anton Sopov, FLX Hockey aims to created individually tailored training in both mental and physical aspects to help players excel in their respective areas of play. Continuously, updating their methods and regimen, FLX works hard to ensure their skaters are making fast paced moves and equally fast decisions on the ice which is paramount to excel at the next level. By reinforcing this high speed mind-body connection, FLX is setting their skaters up to perform in game-like situations, not just in drills.
