Frank began his work as an agent during his playing days in Europe, where he naturally stepped into the role by assisting teammates with their careers.

A record-breaking scorer in the WHL, Frank played in the NHL for the Anaheim Mighty Ducks and Phoenix Coyotes before embarking on a 16-year career overseas. On the international stage, Frank proudly represented both Canada and his native Hungary.
